A 7-step process that begins with our all butter croissant which is then split, spread with house-made Mornay sauce, filled with Black Forest ham and Gruyere cheese, topped with another dollop of Mornay sauce. When the top of the croissant is put back on, a bit more Mornay sauce, caramelized onions, and Parmesan cheese are added before it is re-baked.
