Sprouted Grain Pan Loaf

The sprouted grain (hard red wheat) gives the bread a nice rustic, hearty flavor. Red wheat contains slightly more tannins than white flour, which balances nicely with the sweetness of the grain. This bread is 100% whole wheat bread.
