In 2010, renowned pastry chef Brian Wood began selling pastries at pop-ups, introducing the Kouign Amann to the Bay Area and getting a pulse on what customers wanted. This translated into the launch of wholesale bakery operations and a round-the-clock schedule for products baked fresh daily for our customers.
