Challah

An enriched dough with eggs, honey, and olive oil, that is braided and baked to a deep golden brown. A very soft, tender interior crumb with a soft but distinct crust. Perfect for French toast. Our version is not kosher.

Ingredients: Unbleached Bread Flour, Water, Olive Oil, Egg Yolks, Eggs, Sugar, Honey, Canola Oil, Yeast, Nutritional Yeast, Malt Powder, Salt.
